HOWARD PHIPPS RWA SWE
Studied Fine Art at the Gloucestershire College of Art in Cheltenham. He is a painter/printmaker with a special interest in wood engraving. A member of the Royal West of England Academy and the Society of Wood Engravers. He has won numerous prizes and has works in the collection of the British Museum, Exeter Museum, Salisbury and other major museums in the UK and at the Hunt Institute in the USA. For many years he has exhibited at the Summer Exhibition at the Royal Academy.
